I cannot control my Philips Kitchen Device with my NutriU App
Updated on 2022-05-11
If you cannot control your Philips Kitchen Device with your NutriU App, here are some possible causes and solutions.
Internet access and Home Network First, make sure that your home network is working correctly, you have an Internet connection available and it is running on 2.4 GHz, as your Philips device is equipped with a Wi-Fi-module 802.11 b/g/n with 2.4 GHz. If the home Wi-Fi router is configured to have a single 5 GHz network setup, it'll be switched to dual-band network mode and the phone will then be connected to the 2.4 GHz network.
Check your Philips Kitchen Device - Make sure that it is plugged in and switched on. - Make sure that it is connected to your home network (the Wi-Fi LED is on and not blinking). - Make sure that you are still paired. You can check the pairing status in the NutriU app. - Your Philips Device should not be too far away from the router (best case within 1 metre distance). - Is away from other appliances that could be blocking the signal
Check your Smart Device - Make sure that your smartphone is connected to the Internet. - If you are using a VPN connection, please disable, it as this could cause problems. - Close and open the NutriU App. - Empty the cache of the NutriU App in settings. - Uninstall and reinstall the NutriU App again and start the connecting and pairing process again.
