Why is the weighing result unreliable or unstable?

The kitchen scales are close to a working microwave oven or a mobile phone that is switched on. Put the scales at least 1.5 metres from a working microwave oven and at least 2 metres from a mobile phone, or switch off the mobile phone or microwave oven.
